This hotel is in a great location, right between the airport and the city center. It's so convenient for getting around and exploring all that this place has to offer. The staff here are amazing, always friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. I loved having a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view. The spa here is fantastic, I had the most relaxing treatment and left feeling rejuvenated. The pool area is also a great place to unwind and soak up the sun. this venue exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends, it's a perfect place to stay with outstanding service and amenities.

This hotel has only recently been constructed and although there is still a tiny bit of work left to do, its virtually complete and is a beautiful hotel, albeit by a fairly busy road. The staff were highly professional and welcoming and the hotel itself, despite the road, was very peaceful with several areas for guests to either sit and be social in, or to escape the heat in the shade of the garden, as all ground floor rooms had seating areas accessible via sliding doors. The upstairs rooms all had balconies overlooking the garden or pool. We were upgraded to a mini suite when we checked in (i'm not sure why, but we didn't complain!) and were very impressed with our luxurious bathroom and huge room. Having said that, my mum booked into a single room and that was equally as spacious and airy, although the bathroom was marginally smaller. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable (pillows are often a bugbear of mine) and the air conditioning blew out from the edges of the ceiling as opposed to out of a huge and noisy box that drips, as is often the case. Overall, we loved this hotel and would highly recommend it to others, the only thing that may be an issue for travellers without transport is that the hotel is situated approximately 15-20 mins out of the centre of Marrakech, but taxis are cheap and easily booked, plus theres a european style shopping complex with restaurants and a cinema a few minutes down the road if you didn't fancy the hustle and bustle of the medina, and we didn't! I would say this is a high end 4 star hotel that could easily be converted to a 5 star without too much being done to it.

The staff were fantastic, couldn't do enough for you and went out of their way to help in any way they could. I had arranged collection from the airport directly with the hotel and they were waiting for me as arranged. The hotel is quite a bit out of the city but they had a driver Isham who would drop you off and collect you later and which worked out cheaper than a taxi. There was no fridge in my room but as soon as I told Radouane on reception it was sorted immediately. There is no currency exchange in the hotel but I had changed enough at the airport. A great holiday and fab hotel!!

Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff who spoke English and accommodated requests. Convenient location between the airport and city centre. Secure hotel with lovely views and a spa

Nothing not to like, but the distance from the city centre may not be ideal for those looking to explore a busy city or the medina. The hotel is better suited for resting and enjoying the sun.

Good rooms, nice gardens and excellent restaurant even considering that the half pension menu is different from the regular menu. Nice decor. Overall good quality for the price (special offer)

Hotel is hard to find. Gps coordinates for TomTom are incorrect. There were no shower towels and we had to insist in having more small towells, or we would have been left with one small towel and 1 bath robe for 2 persons. Wifi very fable not reaching the room. Swimming pool very small, wouldn't fit in that category.

Good hotel in a quiet location with easy access to shopping centre and the medina. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Nora on reception.

Breakfast was very repetitive with only pastries and bread served each morning. Evening meal in restaurant very good although pricey and no other customers in the restaurant.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The view was nice and the pool was refreshing. Plus, they gave us a complimentary bottle of water every day which was much appreciated.

The breakfast was not great, with limited options and not much variety. , the location was not ideal for exploring the city and taxis were expensive.

Rooms with nice far view of Marrakech plain, mountains, calmness. Very clean.Breakfast in the garden.

Loud rooms on the roadside. Fitness room small and not open in the morning! City shuttle should be free of charge. Not enough towels ( only one big towel for 2 persons).

The staff were excellent and facilities were good although did not expect to have to pay for the pool.Service in the restaurant was slow but ok. The major problem was that they did not have my booking from you at all. However even though the hotel was full they put me up in an apartment nearby until they moved me into the hotel 2 days later. SO WHAT WENT WRONG WITH THE BOOKING PLEASE.

The hotel was too far out from Marrakesh, and the taxis were a rip off.

The breakfast was good with a variety of options. The hotel had a nice pool area to relax at. It was located near public transportation and a shopping area.

The hotel was very noisy throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The room was not cleaned properly and we found crumbs on the floor from the previous guests.

Lounging by the pool - day beds were great. Some of the staff were friendly (on the whole) Really nice, spacious room.

The food and drinks were ridiculously overpriced (£3 for a can of coke and £6 for a small salad?!). This was difficult as the location was poor - was on a main road, but in the middle of nowhere so we were forced to buy water and food on site or arrange for a taxi to take us into the main square (stressful with the taxi drivers fighting over who gets to rip you off first! And around £5 each way at night). Arranged taxi/airport transfer did not show up (so ended up being stuck at the airport for a number of hours and needing to seek help from the airport staff).

The location was nice, being away from the hustle bustle of Marrakesh town. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Located conveniently between the city center and the airport, with a restaurant right next door and it is safe as it is situated right by the highway with a view of the opposite school. Spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds and bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Karam, who always has a smile on her face. The breakfast, though lacking in variety, is presented very well.

Limited vegetarian options in the restaurant.

Very good value for money, friendly staff, having our own driver was great. On the one hand, it was nice to be a little bit outside of the center and to be able to relax from the city's hustle and bustle. On the other hand, there's not much near the hotel in terms of shops or entertainment, so bring your own snacks if you don't want to order room service all the time. All in all, we were very happy with this choice!

The service in the restaurant was friendly, but could be a little quicker...
